Why did twitter suspend the troll Leonid Schneider

Does anybody know why Twitter had suspended the account of the "for better science" troll Leonid Schneider ?

Was the suspension related to the defamation suits that he lost in Germany?



Leonid Schneider had previously described himself on Twitter as a “certified Troll with slanderous website”, but it's rare even for Twitter to suspend trolls. What happened?
